I had my fitness assessment at my new gym yesterday, of course, it went pretty well as I am fitter than the average woman – particularly in upper body strength. Thank you manure picking and grain bags! And to my surprise, I am equal on both sides of my body when it comes to things like the size of my thighs, calves, biceps etc. I certainly don’t feel equal when riding!
The personal trainer was a bit unsure what to do with me, as he has never had anyone who wants to gain fat. I figure I need a little extra fat on the good chance I will be sick during my adventure. A plan for me is yet to be developed. So right now I kind of feel like this:
