This one is short and sweet, I feel like I didn’t get my fitness work as expected, but I simply ran out of hours in the day through the whole week!
Monday – Nada – we had an invite only shopping experience at Adidas head office (Lee and I) so I could get myself new running shoes as the tread on mine are down the foam. Got one for the treadmill, another for the trails. The trail ones are neon green, and Lee said with great exuberance “Wow you look like The Hulk!” Yes, he needs to learn what constitutes a compliment in the eyes of a woman.
Wednesday – Riding Lesson on Bentley, Ride one of the HP horses, 28 min 3 mile run, Equifitt stretches, part of babygreen core workout from Equifitt (I was running out of time!), rowing weights , pointed toe lunges.
Thursday – Rest day for Bentley, 30 min ride on one of the HP horses, 31.5 min 3 mile run with varying incline, rowing weights, Equifitt stretches, the parts of babygreen core workout from Equifitt that I had missed the day before
Friday – 27 min 3 mile run, Equifitt stretches. Had announced my shirts this day, and became overwhelmed by the response. Spent the night managing inventory and had to forgo my riding.
Saturday – 90 min ride on Bentley (mostly in the snow), 2 hours of mucking stalls. Then it was off to the OCTRA banquet!
Sunday – Had not slept well at the hotel, and also sold off 80% of my t-shirts. By the time I got home, and inventory and bookkeeping done for the shirts, it was too late for the barn and I was exhausted. But at least I DID do my Equifitt stretches and complete babygreen core workout from Equifitt.
